Noah's Ark

Noah’s Ark is a church based Parent & Toddler group staffed by two teams of dedicated helpers who all regularly attend either Abbey Church or Hillview. We are affiliated to PATA, the Gloucestershire Playgroup & Toddler Association. There are two separate sessions each week - Wednesdays from 1.15 - 2.45pm, led by Glynis Whitaker or Thursdays from 10.00 - 11.30am, led by Katharine Pibworth. All parents or carers are welcome to bring children from birth until they reach school age. We believe that children in this age group are at a very special stage of development and we seek to make their time at Noah's Ark as enriching as we can for them and their parents or carers in a secure, loving and well equipped environment. Every session includes a story, songs and creative activity. We also have a variety of toys and large play equipment as well as Wendy House, dressing up clothes, construction toys, books, games and puzzles for you to share with your child.

The demand for places in both groups is high and there may be a waiting list. You are welcome to turn up at either group for a free taster session and to register. The fee is £1.00 per child per session and includes the cost of all refreshments and craft materials.

It is also a great way to make friends with other parents of small children.
